Mr. Mohammed H. Ghadiali, an exhibitor of various cinemas in India, including Novelty Cinema, Mumbai, which was built and owned by his father, founded ZOHER & CO in 1947- named after his third son Zoher. His fourth son- Mr. Saifuddin .M. Ghadiali now owns the company.

ZOHER & CO introduced perforated projection screens to Indian Cinema by manufacturing the first screen in India.

Today ZOHER & CO offers a complete range of film projection screens including video and motorised versions used mainly in cinemas, theatres and auditoriums.It has diversified to include provision of stage equipment such as curtain control equipment and motorised lifting systems.
