LIGHT SHAPING DIFFUSERS

Generally speaking these unique holographic optical elements will accept incoming light then “homogenize” and redistribute it over a predetermined angular spread (.2 to 100 degrees circular and elliptical ratios of up to 400:1). The output will significantly reduce hot spots and provide a means to take almost any light source and spread it evenly where you need it. Your benefit is the ability to control and distort your light source with high transmission efficiencies (85% to 92%).

In reflection a LSD will perform the same functions as in transmission but at ANY WAVE LENGTH and, if needed, with even greater angular divergence. Amazingly, a reflection LSD makes a superb screen with which to view a slide presentation or the image from a LCD projector even in a fully lit conference room.

Like transmission screens the image is sent to the eyes of the viewer expected to be in a known location. This product is perfect for use in conference rooms and aircraft as the vertical and horizontal distribution can be fixed as needed.
